Recorded sales: the coverage gap

Our transaction-level Greenwich feeds still lag: the newest state sale record held is dated September 30, 2025, and supplemental parcel sale fields extend to April 23, 2026, so we cannot provide a complete list of this week’s transfers.

The biggest story: what changed at 22 Round Hill Club Road

Greenwich’s current pending list includes PLPZ202600365 at 22 Round Hill Club Road, described as an “Oversized Residence.” The historical sale behind that address needs careful handling: Connecticut records $13 million on May 6, 2025, with the assessor remark “2 parcels same address.” Town application list · Dated sale record.

That gives us a new planning file to follow and an answer to a basic research question: the $13 million entry covered two parcels. A profile for just one of them describes only part of the transaction.

Two more proposals appeared on the Town’s pending list today:

• 160 West Putnam Avenue · PLPZ202600372: conversion of a supermarket to a preschool/daycare, with parking and landscaping.

• 49 Brookside Drive · PLPZ202600371: a four-story building with nine homes on a vacant parking lot; the application description identifies one unit as affordable housing.
